The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has issued its report on a 16-month investigation into allegations of political interference by the current administration with climate change science. In a report released on December 10, 2007, the Committee concluded: "The evidence before the Committee leads to one inescapable conclusion: the Bush Administration has engaged in a systematic effort to manipulate climate change science and mislead policymakers and the public about the dangers of global warming.."
